I am making a fly rod but i have a very low budget, i need to get all these things: Cork Handles, Reel Fittings (Seats), Rods Rings and Ferules, for LESS than £15 (ALTOGETHER), can you please tell me the web addresses or shops (in London) where i can buy these?

To be honest unless you know how to build rods and have the tools you may be better for now to go on Ebay and search sporting goods, fishing, Fly fishing, rods and put in a distance you can collect from easily to save postage. You would need to check before you bid that you can collect.
As you do not say rod blank I assume you have got one. I personally go sea fishing but have done so for years and started by stripping down an old rod and rebuilding it.

So the customer,and yes I dare say my first real customer,wanted his old rods restored.He gave me strict orders just to re-coat all the guides with finish.He didnt want them re-wrapped in any new thread.So here are the before and after pics of the rods.All original thread!
