Why would I need it if my PSP wasn't bricked at all?
I know you DON'T need it but what's it for?

It is for loading Custom Firmware onto your PSP. CFW can load unauthorized software from a Memory Stick in the form of homebrew games, applications, or emulators and ROMs.
hay there i have a pandoras battery but no majic mem stick how can i make one i have 2 blank mem sticks one is 512 and 2gb what can i do ???

a pandora battery is something you physically modify to the psp battery so you can downgrade and install custom firmware to install software to make a "magic" mem. stick

And also, what is the difference between a T and U shank and should I get them both?
sense there are rocks all the way out to like 8 feet, how can i jig fish there then, the jig will get stuck down the rocks and i cant catch fish then. i can use a boat cause we dont have one, i really want to jig fish from shore , dont you guys kno any ways to fish from shore without getting the jig stuck in the rocks. like 8 feet away from the shore, there are huge rocks

Use a small bobber if you're that afraid of losing them. I'm with you on this one, those rocky lakes certainly do grab a lot of lures from you. But if you HAVE TO, use a small plastic bobber. I think it's confusing using a bobber with a lure but it works so, give it a try.
Try not fishing it close to the bottom. Fish it higher in the water column. That will take away a lot of the problems.
