Answers

What do you guys think of a coffee house themed off of Zombies?

My buddy and I were tossing around an idea about a coffee place we wanted to start called "Zombie Espresso"

We are thinking about hooking up with a local baker for bear claws that look like exposed brains,.. suckers that look like severed fingers,.. goin to start it in a basement location without windows,..

What do you think?

Help! Looking 4 name & artist of r&b song It has an Anita Baker sample "caught up in the rapture" anyone know?

Hey everyone. I'm looking for the name of an r&b song I heard on the radio. It didn't say the artist or song name! It's an r&b track with a guy and it has a distinct sample of Anita Baker's "caught up in the rapture". It plays on the hook of the song also. Has anyone else heard or know the name of the song? Thanks!
And it's definitely not that Won-G song. But thanks anyway! Any more suggestions anyone?

Won-G did a cover of that song, which sampled Blondie's 'Rapture'. Could this be what you're thinking of?

:)

Have you figured out what your favorite songs *Really* are?

For many of us, they change by the week or month. But some songs are just *so* special for whatever personal reasons, they are pretty much permanently your lifelong favorites.

I just had a revelation this evening & realized that this song is one of those for me. I always liked it a lot but I think after all these years, it finally dawned on me this is a "forever favorite".

Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street"

List any song(s) you're *sure* of & why. I'm guessing they all have interesting tidbits if they're your faves. :)

For me, I love this one because whenever I hear it, I'm 9 again. Totally carefree time of my life, though I didn't realize it, of course. It was put out during a pivotal year for me. ('78) Parents divorced & I 1st attended sleep-away camp.

Gorgeous melody, unmistakable sax hook & memorable guitar solo.
That's a serious list, FT!

Gina- Moving image & story of you w/ "Baker St." There's something so..."magic" about that song.

Hey Fonzie!

For me the only thing I can't pin point really is a favorite album. That changes from time to time for me. My songs are a different story though I have realized. Some I can't say are better than others especially when it comes to my favorite bands but I definitely have my favorite songs that will remain to be so forever.

Atom Heart Mother- Pink Floyd ---- This was the first "obscure" Floyd song/ album that I heard that really opened me up to Floyd. That is probably my all time favorite song ever. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvef_ECa_6o

Echoes- Pink Floyd---- This is just another great song with great meaning. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLJ_QVfT_wM

Interstellar Overdrive- Pink Floyd---- this was the first Floyd song that I started tinkering around with on guitar. It is my favorite Syd song as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2iA7wdO00VI

Circumstances- RUSH---- This is my 2nd favorite RUSH song I do believe. I really enjoy the lyrics and the music is just top notch. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rsC_M0eKkg

Natural Science- RUSH---- this is my NUMBER 1 RUSH song! I love the lyrics! The Music! and the feelings it gives me. It touches... my heart. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dhhlekmqb64

NUDE- Radiohead---- This is one of my favorite Radiohead songs. I love the lyrics and this is one of those songs that really makes me emotional. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zxvsq-IluaA

Weird Fishes- Radiohead--- This is my favorite Radiohead song. I love the guitar work in this song. They use some great mixes of sounds that really fit the lyrics. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3DrL8pwu1k

Gas Panic- Oasis--- This is my favorite Oasis song. It has some great musical work with some epic lyrics. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-5hJqxYN0c

Space Bird Mating Call- The Disco Biscuits--- This is actually my and my wifes song. It is special to us. :)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ve9nDBLK_U

Hot Air Ballon- The Disco Biscuits--- This is one of the first songs I heard of theirs and I loved it right off the bat and still do today. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMXpQfRPOgs

Mulches Odyssey- Umphrey's McGee---- If you go listen to it you will hear why I love this song so much. TOP NOTCH
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qAMES9mGGw4

JA JUNK- Umphrey's McGee--- This is my favorite UM song. It has some of the best guitar work EVER. I would even put it up against some of my favorite Floyd songs... and that is saying a lot! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oBTa1ldYrtM

THAT Fonzie... is my favorite song list and will always be I fill. I may add to it but will never take any away. :)

Tom Baker and Sarah in a white turtle neck? What Dr. Who episode is this?

Back in 1984 I was at a friend's house and her brother was watching a show I had never heard of at the time called "Doctor Who".

In this show was a man, I now know as Tom Baker because of his black curly hair, and a girl, who I now know was Sarah Jane Smith.

They were in a place that was dark, like another dimension or something, and being chased by Davros. The Doctor was wearing a white turtleneck sweater at the time.

A year later I found Doctor Who on my own TV as I was flipping through the channels and became hooked! (BTW, It was the Peter Davison episode "Earthshock").

Thing is, I was a Doctor Who fan for 9 years and I collected Doctor Who magazines, books, figures, games, taped every episode, etc. but I have NEVER seen this particular episode of Doctor Who. Nor have I seen any pictures of Tom Baker in a white turtleneck. The Doctor without his infamous scarf? You'd think there'd be a picture somewhere!

Does anyone know what episode this was? Was it some kind of Doctor Who special or something?

Thanks.
The episode is definitly not Genesis of the Daleks. I have seen every Tom Baker episode numerous times. (Except this one that I'm looking for.)

any former or current staff, staff kids,or students from Freedom Village Usa out their?

My name is Michael Brantner I was sent to Freedom Village at the age of 15 in March of 1991 and then stayed their as Junior Staff after graduating for about two months.
Had some arguments and disagreements with Andrew Hercula in July of 1993 then left.
In May 1994 to please my Grand mother and Aunt I went back for a visit,I hooked up with a SENIOR STAFF JOSE GUZMAN,and we went to Ny city "supposedly I was going to see the sights"But all that happened was him going in and out of buildings 6 0r 7 times, then saying we got to go now.No sights!I left him drive on the way back we got pulled over and he had a brown bag whicj had HEROUIN in it.He blamed it on me.I ended up going back to the village as a Junior Staff
in May 0f 1991 and stayed their till November 1996.As far as the drugs go,after going back and forth too court for 6 months Jose finnally admited the drugs were his and I new nothing about it!!So my name was cleared!
As far as my departure in 1996 it came do to major disagreements between Darren Baker and Myself.Thankfully that $91.00 a week they were supposed to pay me,but rarely ever payed their staff "Because they were supposedly broke"Yet Rev Fletcher A Brothers drives around in new towne cars, has satelite etc !!Well they owed me a little over $2000.00 which they paid me in full before I left!!Also before I left the good ole Rev Fletcher A Brothers got in my face and said something like this to me"Mike your never going to amount to anything, your life is going to be worthless and when you die your going to go and burn in Hell!!!"Some encourageing last words from a preacher hugh???
I had a red moped value $500.00 plus, and the Neu's were going to get
It and sell it for me!!I asked them a couple weeks late and they said"Well Mike about your moped Pastor Brothers and his son Jeremy confiscated it.Just like my binnoculars worth about $60.00 that Jeremy
Took out of my hands and refused to give them back!!One day I seen them in the Rev Brothers his daddys office, and I told the Rev Brothers that his son took those binoculars from me,could I have them back!He said no they are Jeremys now!!!
I called and wrote the Rev Fletcher A Brothers about HIM and HIS SON STEALING my property but never got no response!!!!

Medal of Honor Heroes 2 help wii?

I am stuck on getting a gold medal in the village level because I can't get a secondary objective. It is "Hook up with the baker company surviors. Where are they? What do I do?
Thanks

oh.
hrmm.....
i'm pretty sure when you are going through the village after you have jumped off where the machine guy is(kind of in the beginning) if you follow that path they should be down there by the house.
if not, than it is when you go through the double wooden doors and there is the windmill at the top(youl know because there will be snipers up there.), and you just need to stay alive with them.

idk what else to say sorry.
are you sure it is the village, and not the town. if it is the town than you have to blow up the rubble which they are trapped behind.

if it is the village than i'm sorry idk. try looking in houses and barns.
