I just bought a waterproof eyeliner that is great , except that it isnt waterproof ! one little splash of water and it is running down my face. false advertising? ? anyway , i need to know what brand of waterproof , black liquid liner is the best . I dont really want one that will be too hard to remove but at the same time I dont want a liner to run down my face when it drizzles rain . TY .

I love Maybelline Ultra Liner. It's easy to apply and lasts all day even though I sweat a ton in the summer humidity..

You can buy it at CVS or Rite Aid and try it. If you don't like it they both have pretty relaxed return policies for makeup.

I use this kind called Black Radiance, it works AMAZINGLY. I forgot the brand who makes it but I found it at walmart, it was less then 3 dollars (i think thats the cheapest type ofwaterproof liquid eyeliner they sale) and for something so cheap it works GREAT and looks amazing and it doesn't have the faded color look either. It comes in a little bottle a little longer then your index finger the bottle is like a circular pyramid shape (if that makes sense lol) and its a black bottle it had gold writing on it. I'm not sure how much you want to spend but MAC also carries wonderful waterproof eyeliners, but you're looking to spend anywhere from 14 to maybe 20 on those. hope i helped!

I know this may seem like a stupid question but I was going to purchase a liquid eyeliner soon and would like to know that. And also, does Loreal's HiP Color Truth Cream Eyeliner work well on the waterline?

No, only pencil eyeliner can be safely applied to the waterline. Some people put cream eyeliner on the waterline, which is sort of okay, but liquid eyeliner is dangerous for the waterline.

im looking for a black waterproof liquid eyeliner.
i want one that stays on no matter what
seeing as im going to the pool.
that it stays on even if i rub my eye and stays on even if im in the water for a long time.
so yeah a black waterproof liquid eyeliner that works and stays on very well?

I know I've seen some, but I never noted the brand and now that I need some I can't find any! I'm getting married in a week. I don't think I'll cry, but I need something waterproof just in case!
Also if anyone can tell me about waterproof eyeliner, that would help a lot too!

You can go either 2 ways. Go purchase some at your local Wal Mart and get some Mabelline or go online to Clinique and get you some there. Either way, they'll all do the trick. Good Luck and Congratulations on your Wedding Day Hon!
